Svetlana Bridal Couture – Veil Store Exchange Policy

All veil sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items that are unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers must contact us before sending an item back to request exchange approval.

Items that show signs of wear, makeup, fragrance, alterations, damage, or use are not eligible for exchange.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly after delivery so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Standard shipping on your original order is complimentary. For approved exchanges, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item and for shipping the replacement item, unless the exchange is due to an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
