Shipping policy

Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders.

In-stock items are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipment. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Made-to-order and custom veils require approximately 12-15 weeks for production before they are ready to ship. Selecting express shipping only speeds up the delivery time after your veil has finished production; it does not shorten the production time. Any specific production timeframe or special details will also be noted on the individual product page.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Svetlana Bridal Couture is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

For approved exchanges, the customer is responsible for all exchange-related shipping costs, including shipping the original item back to Svetlana Bridal Couture and shipping the replacement item, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
